A(nother) Noro Scarf

Noro, your colors are endless. And so was this scarf.
Pattern: Just a simple seed stitch over 29 stitches--and a whole lot of rows!
Yarn: Noro Kureyon, colorways #52 and #91
Needles: US #8 (5.0 mm) addi TURBO circulars
Comments: This was knit as a Christmas gift, and I'm happy to have it off the needles. It's long, long, long, as it took 4 skeins of Noro Kureyon. But it washed and blocked to a lovely and soft scarf.

Four skeins?! Holy cow! That's a LOT of seed stitch. May the recipient be truly grateful.

I was one of those people who read the Yarn Harlot's blog and found my way to your blog from there. The scarves (both the one Stephanie linked to and today's) are beautiful! And I saw that you're a fellow Minnesotan so I had to stop and say hi.

I love your Noro Scarf! What stitch did you use? I think that I am having a brain fart (:-), but I can't figure it out on my end!

Gorgeous scarf - Noro really is beautiful.

The seed stitch must have gotten boring. No wonder you wanted it to end, but the colors sure make up for it.

I can't believe you did a whole scarf in seed stitch!! I know it's a perfect stitch pattern for both sides and all, but I can't make myself do it....your scarf is gorgeous as they always are!!

The colors in that scarf are truly beautiful. I'll be knitting another Mult-Diagonal Scarf with Noro for myself ... after Christmas, maybe. Well the yarn is marinading in the stash.

Breathtakingly beautiful!

Some day I will jump on the Noro bandwagon but in the meantime I'll live vicariously.

Oh, and I knew you before you were famous. (snicker)

Does it really block out to a SOFT scarf?? I LOVE teh colors of Noro, but I'm always afraid that it will stay rough.
