Yes, I still use double points and I still do two socks at a time. When you are process oriented versus project oriented, you do what you have to do to assure a finished project. Never mind about the sweaters that lie unfinished in various places! Also, doing two at a time helps me get the striping as close as possible right away.The heel of this sock is funky. It's called a Dutch heel and I'm not sure I like the looks of it. It sort of pulls in under the foot, which probably will block out neatly (I hope).
